Before using Buli, tracking progression at the gym was difficult because logging weights in separate notes was easy to forget. With Buli, tracking weights has become easy and effortless. The automatic weight recommendations for upcoming workouts are especially useful, making progressive overload easier. Buli’s versatile features make training clear and structured, which has clearly improved my progress in the gym. I can warmly recommend Buli to others as well.
