1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Buli Fitness ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The service provider is Buli Fitness Oy (Business ID 3601232-9).

Buli Fitness is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed for general fitness and wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
3. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or other harm. You voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for your safety while using Buli Fitness.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Buli Fitness and its developers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App, including harms resulting from following App recommendations. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and you use it at your own risk.
5. Privacy and Data Processing
Your use of Buli Fitness is governed by the Buli Fitness Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and shared, and describes your rights under GDPR and Finnish data protection laws.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
7. Third-Party Services
Buli Fitness relies on third party services for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, automated workout generation, and subscription management. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply. The App may include links to third-party products or services, including affiliate links. If you use those links, the third party's terms and privacy policies apply, and Buli Fitness may receive a commission.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use proper form and technique, exercise in a safe environment, and use your own judgment when following Buli Fitness recommendations. You will not misuse or abuse the App and will keep your account credentials secure.
9. Age Requirement
Buli Fitness is not intended for users under 13 years old. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and code in Buli Fitness are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission. Your training data remains yours.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Buli Fitness after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Finnish law and jurisdiction.
