How Buli works

Buli builds your program from what you tell it and sharpens its suggestions after every workout you log. You always have the final say.

  1. 1

    Tell Buli where you start

Answer a few questions about your goals, experience, and training days.

  2. 2

Get a program — or build your own

The AI builds a gym program that fits you, or you assemble your own or your coach’s program in the app.

  3. 3

    Log your workouts

Record sets, reps, and weights during the workout on your iPhone or Apple Watch.

  4. 4

    Get weight suggestions

Based on your logs, Buli suggests your next working weights. Change or skip any suggestion.

  5. 5

    Watch your progress

History, personal records, strength level, and charts show how far you have come.

Who is Buli for?

No app fits everyone, so here is an honest take on when Buli is a good choice — and when it is not.

Buli is for you if you want

  • A personal gym program instead of a one-size-fits-all template
  • Ready weight suggestions so progression never depends on guesswork
  • Your plan, logs, records, and charts in one app
  • To run your own or your coach’s program
  • To log sets straight from your Apple Watch

Buli is not the right choice if

  • You need an Android app today — the Android version is still on the waitlist
  • You are rehabilitating an injury or need training supervised by a doctor or physiotherapist
  • You want a fully automatic coach whose suggestions you never review yourself
  • Your main sport is something other than gym and strength training

Your program works too

Edit the generated plan freely or build your own from scratch.

Workout logging

Sets, reps, and weights saved in a few taps.

Weight suggestions

Buli suggests your next working weights from your logs and recovery.

Progress tracking

History, records, strength level, and charts in one view.

Train with a friend

Start a shared workout and compare strength levels.

What the AI does — and what it does not

Buli creates your program and weight suggestions from the information you provide and the workouts you log. A suggestion is a starting point, not a command: technique, recovery, and how you feel on the day always affect the right load.

AI suggestions can also miss. Buli is not a medical device and does not diagnose injuries or replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or coach. Every suggestion can be edited or skipped.

Train safely

  • Choose weights you can control with good technique.
  • Stop the workout if you feel pain, dizziness, or anything unusual.
  • See a professional for injuries and health conditions.
  • Treat suggestions as guidance — the final call is yours.
